Skatepark

The skatepark was purpose-designed with mini ramps, fun boxes and kidney-shaped bowls. It is well used and popular with young people locally, and is floodlit at night.

It sits on ground with a long history of public gathering: the park's bandstand once stood close by, and Sunday afternoon and evening concerts drew crowds to this corner of the park for many years.

It is well regarded beyond Stirling: skateparks.co.uk rates it well designed and laid out to make good use of the space, and suitable for beginners and experienced skaters alike.
